Sid Lakireddy

Sid co-founded AVP and Square One Management and has managed, developed, acquired and repositioned real estate throughout Northern California since 2003. Sid has 3rd party managed in excess of 3,500 student housing beds and more than 200,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. Sid led investment partnerships acquiring approximately 1,000 student beds that he owns and manages today under AVP’s operation arm, Square One Management. In total, he has completed over $200MM in real estate acquisitions and investment partnerships. Sid served on the Chancellors Task Force for Student Neighbor Relations at UC Berkeley. He is currently President of the California Rental Housing Association representing 22,000 apartment owners across the state. Previously, he was the President of the Berkeley Property Owners Association from 2010-2016. Sid received his B.S. from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California, a Post-Baccalaureate in Finance from Columbia University in New York, and a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University in Santa Clara, California. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and is a member of the State Bar in California.

Christopher Brawer

Chris co-founded AVP and has been involved in real estate acquisitions, development, research and finance since 2002. Prior to AVP, as a Senior Vice President with Shore to Shore Properties (S2S), a boutique real estate investment company with approximately 6,000 units. Prior to S2S, Chris launched Orion Equity Partners, a real estate investment company which repositioned Class B properties in transitional neighborhoods into Class A assets. Before launching Orion, Chris was a Vice President in charge of multifamily research for Rosen Consulting Group and oversaw market reports nationally in 78 U.S. markets. Chris began his career in 2002 as an Investment Advisor with Hendricks-Berkadia, the nation’s largest real estate firm focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily property. Throughout his career, Chris has been involved in the acquisition of over $400M of multifamily assets and the financing of over $1b. Chris holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and an M.A. from Columbia University in New York. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), has a Real Estate Broker’s license and is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in California.
